OFFERING: You are launching a new product, testing a new strategy, or opening a new site. I can help you on all pieces end to end including financial planning, operational workflows, and keeping track of all administrative items.
CFO Services
RATE: Monthly rate, 5-40% time availability
OFFERING: You need high-level financial guidance for your business but are not ready to hire a full-time CFO. I can serve as a fractional financial partner, helping you analyze performance, plan for growth, and make strategic decisions. This can include reviewing financial reports, building forecasts, evaluating investments, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.

RATE: Hourly rate or monthly rate
OFFERING: You need help keeping track of your budgets and cash flow and want to make sure you are planning for the future. I will review and track your financial progress from your books, help you create or update budgets and financial plans, and package it together for ease of use.
